2. Create an Account to access Our Services
When purchasing a digital learning product or consultancy service from this website, you must register your details with us. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to process your payment. When you create an account, we will require your basic personal and contact information, this is so we can register your data in our secure database and contact you via email in order to deliver your products and communicate important information with you.
In order to ensure that the correct and complete email address has been entered by the user, we will send a verification email with an activation link which must be clicked in order to activate the account. To request a call from our consultants you must also enter the contact number that you would like us to call you on.
2.1 Specialist Consultancy
In addition to our video, ebook and audio products, CORP NAME also provides a one-to-one consultancy service whereby customers can request an expert call. These calls may be used in order to troubleshoot particular issues or alternatively customers are able to work with a consultant over a longer period of time to build a new website from scratch or entirely transform an existing site.
Customers are billed at a CORP COUNTRY CURRENCY (per hour) rate for all services. Once a call is requested, the customer will be billed for this. On a case-by-case basis, a differing hourly rate may be agreed for advanced work or longer-term projects only. We are committed to transparency regarding our rates and are passionate about providing a premium service at low prices.
When a customer places an order, they agree to be invoiced for the full price of the item they have purchased unless it was clearly stated that the product was included in a discount sale. Payments for digital products will be taken immediately, once payment has been received, the product will be sent to the verified email address. All payments will be displayed in your bank statement with the billing descriptor BILLING DESCRIPTOR.
Digital products are received by the customer immediately and refunds are usually not required.
In exceptional cases where the customer insists the product is not of satisfactory quality, it does not meet the description or is unfit for purpose, the customer may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of making the payment.
In some cases where the customer does not possess the necessary hardware or software required to utilise the products in the way they were intended, the company will be happy to facilitate refunds.
5. Product Delivery Service
All products are electronic. Once payment has been processed (this is usually instantaneous but can take longer) the customer will receive the product. Please allow up to 24 hours for this. If we are still not able to send the product to your email address after 24 hours, a refund will occur automatically. If you have not received the product or a refund, please check your spam box or contact our customer service team.
6. Liability & Copyright, Rights, Indemnification
CORP NAME is protected by this contract and does not accept liability for any financial losses that arise as a result of the use of our products our services. It is the customer’s responsibility to allow for any lost earnings while website maintenance is underway. We do not accept responsibility for the instructions given in our tutorials and guidebooks and leave these open to interpretation by the user.
We do not set fixed deadlines for completion and are not liable for financial losses caused by last-minute alterations or project extensions due to unforeseen challenges.
Our training products are designed for personal use only, they must not be copied or re-published without first gaining permission from the company. Any breach of this personal licence may result in legal action taken against the customer. Copyright laws protect the complete product and any aspects of the product such as images, tables, logos or audio clips. If you would like to request the right to use our products for uses other than personal reasons, then you must request this in writing and pay the company an agreed amount. If you do not do this, then you might be breaking the law, and the company reserves the right to take legal action against you.
If an external lawsuit arises against the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to defend CORP NAME in court or in the presence of a competent authority which has jurisdiction over a Party on the subject matter of the agreement. CORP NAME will not accept responsibility for any legal costs associated with any claims against the customer that arise from third parties as a result of direct/ indirect use of CORP NAME’s products or services. We do not accept liability for copyright infringement as a result of utilising graphics, figures and images which have been given to our designers by the customer.
7. Customer Cancellation Policy
The customer has the right to cancel their purchase of eLearning products within 48 hours of purchase. Once this time has elapsed, unless the customer identifies a valid reason for a refund (see section 4), then the product purchase cannot be cancelled.
Customers are not able to cancel or request a refund on our consultancy services following a call with one of our specialists or once work has been started. (For example, if one our specialists is asked to create a website feature by the client and the number of hours for this task has been agreed, the customer agrees to pay for the arranged hours work and must assume that they are completed immediately following the call. They cannot make amendments to this pre-agreed work on subsequent days since it may have already been completed).
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The customer agrees that prior to filing a court claim against the company due to a perceived breach of contract or unfair/ unlawful treatment, they will attempt to resolve the issue by contacting us directly. Our legal team will then do its best to advise and assist you.
If matters cannot be resolved outside court, you and the company agree to resolve matters exclusively at a official Court of Law.
